M&G needed consistent, professional headshots for around 60 team and executive members spread across multiple offices - too many people, in too many locations, to bring into a single studio. Visio Productions solved this with a mobile headshot studio, travelling to each team around their own corporate schedules rather than asking dozens of busy executives to travel to us.
The mobile setup - a portable backdrop, softbox lighting, and a full studio rig broken down and rebuilt in boardrooms, breakout rooms, and open-plan offices - meant every portrait carries the same clean, consistent studio look regardless of which office it was shot in, on a schedule that worked around the business rather than disrupting it.
The result is a uniform headshot library across M&G's entire team and executive roster, ready for use across the intranet, LinkedIn, org charts, and press.
