BPC Team of the Year Video

BPC AG, a Swiss-headquartered commodities trading company with an EMEA office in Johannesburg, commissioned Visio Productions to film a team video for their internal annual Team of the Year competition - entries from BPC teams worldwide are judged company-wide, with past winning videos featuring multi-camera setups, lighting, props, and multiple shoot days. The seven-person Cape Town team wanted to enter with something that felt authentic rather than overproduced: a celebration of connection, shared experience, and the beauty of the Cape.

Shot in a single day on 15 November 2025, the video followed the team across three very different settings - an aerial flight over Cape Town in two helicopters, a walk through Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden's forest canopy and Boomslang walkway, and a sunset cruise on Table Bay. Rather than a heavily art-directed shoot, Visio kept the setup lean and mobile, prioritising natural light and genuine moments between colleagues over a scripted production, so the team could focus on the day rather than performing for the camera.

The result leans into the brief's core ask - celebrating life, relationships, and experience - built around a "Stronger, Together" theme that carried through from take-off to the closing sunset toast on the water.
