
Agility Employee Driven Care Campaign

Agility, a South African corporate benefits group spanning gap cover, healthcare, staff care, life, and retirement fund solutions, engaged Visio Productions to produce the launch campaign for Employee Driven Care (EDC), an AI-powered platform that integrates a company's employee benefits into a single system with real-time analytics. The campaign was built around Rene Naylor, a physiotherapist and former Springbok team physio, as Agility's brand ambassador, and was designed to give employers a data-credible case for EDC: reduced absenteeism, lower premiums, and measurable productivity gains.
Filming took place on 13 May 2025 at The Westin in Cape Town, built around a 90-second launch video plus a series of shorter thematic pieces addressing absenteeism, presenteeism, employer ROI, and the EDC Employer and Employee Rewards programmes. Each piece pairs Rene speaking to camera with data points from the brief - a guaranteed 5-10% reduction in premiums and a 5% drop in absenteeism among Agility clients using EDC - built to carry Agility's animated infographic and motion graphics treatment in post-production.
The full scope covers a wide spread of formats for a multi-platform rollout: the launch video, twelve in-feed videos, twelve Reels, twelve Stories, and fifteen photographs, all built to work across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube - a corporate-professional tone with a clean, modern edge, consistent with Agility's brand identity.
